Operations Manager Cleaing Service

About the role

This role involves managing and monitoring daily cleaning operations at all managed properties including residential, commercial and clubhouse facilities. You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, cleanliness standards and compliance with work instructions and contractual requirements. You will develop and implement standard operating procedures, cleaning checklists, service standards and reporting routines, and plan and optimize manpower deployment, duty rosters and work schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily cleaning operations at all managed properties including residential, commercial and clubhouse facilities
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, cleanliness standards and compliance with work instructions and contractual requirements
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, cleaning checklists, service standards and reporting routines
• Plan and optimize manpower deployment, duty rosters and work schedules to ensure operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, property owners and Owners' Committees
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions professionally and in a timely manner
• Supervise, coach and train frontline cleaning staff and team leaders to maintain consistent service standards
• Ensure accurate attendance records, adequate manpower and compliance with Statutory Minimum Wage Ordinance and Employment Ordinance
• Monitor performance of in-house staff and external cleaning service providers according to agreed SLAs
• Ensure all operations comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and PMSA Code of Conduct

About you

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations management in property management industry
• Good knowledge of building operations, contractor management, safety practices and cleaning techniques
• Good commercial awareness with experience in budget monitoring, quotation review and cost control
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
