About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, people management, and service delivery for a growing professional services team.

This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and driving consistent business results. You will work closely with team leaders, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across the team.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and operations staff.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and service delivery.
• Set clear performance expectations and support teams in achieving business targets.
• Review operational reports and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement practical solutions to improve processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Ensure services are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Address operational concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for operational matters and service-related concerns.
• Provide regular updates on team performance, operational results, and improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to address performance and operational challenges.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or professional services.
• Strong background in people management and team leadership.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Experience working with international clients or teams is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Available to start ASAP.

Preferred Experience

• Background in tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services is an advantage.
• Experience supporting international clients or accounts.
• Experience handling client concerns, escalations, and service delivery matters.
• Familiarity with operational metrics such as productivity, quality, SLA, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
