KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage clinic staff and team members.
• Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and front-desk operations.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinical staff.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily work allocation.
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving clinic targets and operational goals.
• Manage basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth, efficient clinic functioning.
