Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations strategy and execution for contract manufacturing facilities.

   - Manage multi-site production operations with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and scalability.

   - Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to meet manufacturing requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.

   - Optimize production costs while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

   - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

   - Oversee supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

   - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications.

   - Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operations teams to achieve high performance.

   - Implement and manage ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools to enhance visibility and control.

   - Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for executive management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong background in Contract Manufacturing (OEM/ODM) and experience with large-scale or multi-site production.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization (Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and investment planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
