Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple caf outlets (COCO/FOCO model)
• Ensure SOP compliance, service quality, hygiene, and brand standards
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability
• Monitor KPIs: sales, footfall, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Business Development

• Identify and execute expansion opportunities (new locations, partnerships, FOCO models)
• Lead site selection, feasibility analysis, and store launch planning
• Build and manage relationships with landlords, franchise partners, and vendors
• Drive local store marketing and revenue growth initiatives

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage Caf Managers and outlet teams
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management
• Build a strong operations pipeline and leadership bench

Financial Reporting

• Manage budgets, PL, and cost optimization
• Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
