Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced hotel professional to manage and strengthen relationships with our hotel partners while ensuring operational excellence and business growth. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in hotel operations, hotel management, or hospitality who are passionate about driving partner success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hotel partners and serve as the main point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and management teams.
• Support hotel partners in improving operational performance, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor key business metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with hotel partners to increase bookings and revenue.
• Ensure hotels comply with company standards, policies, and operational requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to partners.
• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Supply, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver the best outcomes for hotel partners.
• Conduct regular hotel visits, business reviews, and performance discussions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel operations, hotel management, front office, rooms division, or hospitality management.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required.
