Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall administrative and operational activities.
• Lead and supervise operational teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
• Establish coordination among different departments for smooth functioning.
• Track daily operations and take timely corrective actions wherever required.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
• Handle staff-related operational concerns in coordination with HR.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and management directives.
• Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of operational activities.
• Ensure that all departments work efficiently toward organizational objectives.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the hospital/institution.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, support, and other departments.
• Monitor operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 03 to 10 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare operations or administration.
• Strong experience in managing day-to-day hospital operations and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Good leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
