Job Summary

Orro Home Philippines is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead a team of 20+ employees, and ensure efficient and effective operational processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving team performance, and supporting the continuous improvement of our e-commerce and after-sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 20+ employees.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure operational targets and standards are met.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage and resolve operational concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Oversee after-sales activities and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective workflow and communication.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to management.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 20 or more employees.
• Experience in e-commerce operations is required.
• Experience in after-sales operations or customer service is required.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
