OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Supervise the daily operations of all 17 branches to ensure efficient and consistent business performance.
• Monitor branch operations, staff performance, and service quality to maintain company standards.
• Handle operational issues, resolve employee concerns, and provide guidance to branch personnel.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements.
• Support and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities across all branches.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain corporate accounts, ensuring excellent client service and timely coordination.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• knowledgeable about ROI.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, retail, or a Managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, customer service, inventory management, and basic marketing/promotional activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in preparing operational reports, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple branches effectively.
• Willing to travel frequently to different branch locations as required.
