Pay Rate: $65–71/hr.

Job Description:

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of related experience.

Required Experience

• Experience building and/or scaling User Research Operations for User Research, UX Design, or Product teams.
• Project management skills, with ownership of timelines, dependencies, handoffs, budgets, documentation, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing customer data, consent records, incentives, vendor deliverables, tool permissions, and research documentation.
• Understanding of the end-to-end user research lifecycle, with the ability to anticipate operational needs for interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation, surveys, customer trials, and mixed-method studies.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with research platforms such as UserTesting.com, UserZoom, Great Question, VoxPopMe, or similar tools.
• Systems thinker who can turn ambiguous, high-friction workflows into clear, scalable, and well-documented operating models.
• Comfortable working in a regulated or privacy-sensitive environment and able to collaborate effectively with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Education

• Must have a B.S. degree .

Software Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite .
• Experience building AI agents to automate workflows.

About the Team

Company User Research sits at the intersection of customer empathy, product strategy, and healthcare innovation. We help teams understand the needs, behaviors, and experiences of people using Company products so the business can make stronger, evidence-based decisions.

This full-time contractor role will strengthen the operating systems that make high-quality research easier to run, scale, and govern. The person in this role will reduce administrative friction for researchers, Product, and Design partners by improving recruiting workflows, vendor and tool management, documentation, compliance coordination, and reusable research guidance.
