Operations Manager

This position require the candidate to manages supply chains, distributor support systems, inventory, and commission-payout workflows in a Multi-Level Marketing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of the Company’s marketing plan, policies, and procedures to effectively address inquiries, ensure compliance, and enhance member satisfaction and retention. This position is based at Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibility

• Lead and motivate customer service and order fulfilment teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff
• Foster an inclusive work culture and provide feedback to enhance individual and collective performance.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments nationwide.
• Daily management and oversight of customer service and order fulfilment teams, including performance, attendance, and safety.
• Manage warehouse activities, quality assurance, inventory control, and floor productivity.
• Collect customer feedback and perform root cause analytics for companywide improvements.
• Facilitate collaborations between customer service and order fulfilment team on workflow improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent
• At least 8 years of managerial level experience.
• Candidate with operational experience in MLM industry has high advantage.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership with people management skills.
• Can work under pressure and with a high sense of urgency.
• Highly analytic and strategic.
