Operations Manager

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in a tax consulting, accounting, audit, or professional services firm.
• Strong working knowledge of BIR compliance, statutory deadlines, and tax consulting operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven, client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational processes, controls, and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, risk awareness, and problem-solving capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, or a related field; CPA or MBA is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations across tax, advisory, accounting, and administrative teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client engagements, including BIR filings and statutory compliance.
• Establish, improve, and enforce operational workflows, controls, and reporting systems.
• Monitor operational risks, compliance gaps, and service-level performance; escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Oversee manpower planning, workload allocation, and productivity, particularly during peak filing periods.
• Support senior management in executing operational plans, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and professional and ethical standards.
• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.
