We are pleased to inform you about an exciting opportunity in the renewable energy
sector to join our Operations & Maintenance Team as an Operations Manager.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong
background in plant operations, maintenance management, and team leadership, capable
of managing operations across PAN India plant locations while ensuring safe, efficient, and
.. reliable plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operation and maintenance activities across biogas
plants.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
¢ Monitor plant performance and operational KPIs.
¢ Coordinate with site teams for troubleshooting and optimization
¢ Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory.
¢ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
¢ Coordinate with clients and management.
¢ Lead commissioning and operational stabilization activities.
¢ Prepare MIS reports and operational analysis.
¢ Train and guide O&M personnel.
Skills Required:
Strong operational and maintenance management skills.
Leadership and team handling abilities.
Knowledge of plant performance monitoring.
Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills.
