Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient teller activities, cash handling, and customer service.
• Authorize transactions, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Oversee CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits and withdrawals while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with retail banking policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of authorizing processes for various types of transactions.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours or special events.
