Job Description

ROI is looking for an Operations Manager to handle Pan-India vendor management and project execution for BTL activations, branding and retail branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Pan-India vendor connects for branding, fabrication, dealer board, POSM, printing and activations.
• Lead end-to-end on-ground execution across multiple cities.
• Manage vendors, production, logistics, manpower, timelines and budgets.
• Handle site recce, costing, negotiation, installation and dismantling.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery and smooth execution across projects.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors.
• Lead and manage the operations/execution team.
• Track project progress, resolve on-ground issues and ensure timely closures.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in BTL / Events / Branding / Experiential Marketing / Retail Branding.
• Strong Pan-India vendor connections and execution experience.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, branding production and on-ground activations.
• Candidates from Agency Background Only
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project tracking.
• Willing to travel extensively across India.
