Operations Manager

Requirements

• Higher education;
• 3+ years of work experience;
• English proficiency: Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate;
• Knowledge of the IT market.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming inquiries and issuing commercial proposals/invoices; handling primary documentation (preparation);
• Preparing product specifications;
• Proactively seeking new partners and/or customers; making cold calls;
• Developing the existing client base;
• Promoting products from the MUK portfolio and closing deals;
• Tracking and managing deals in the CRM system; preparing related reports;
• Preparing analytical data;
• Participating in trade shows, marketing and corporate events.
