Operations Manager

House of Laddoos (HOL) is a growing food and sweets brand offering traditional Indian laddoos, savouries and freshly prepared food through its restaurant and takeaway operations.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operational coordination.

The role requires someone highly organised, hands-on and comfortable managing people, inventory, procurement, production coordination, dispatches and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across the central production kitchen and restaurant outlet.
• Ensure timely production, dispatch and replenishment as per outlet requirements.
• Monitor inventory of food products, packaging materials, raw materials and consumables.
• Maintain proper stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, restaurant staff, vendors, delivery partners and suppliers.
• Maintain daily operational reports including production, stock, wastage, sales and dispatches.
• Ensure SOPs and checklists are followed consistently.

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations, food & beverage, QSR, cloud kitchen, central kitchen or FMCG/food operations.
• Strong coordination and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, procurement and stock management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
• Prior experience with restaurant POS, inventory or food delivery platforms will be an advantage.
