Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional beauty clinic operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals
• Review front-line sales and activity reports, and provide insightful analysis to CEO on the performance of all beauty clinic
• Conduct performance reviews for front-line staff to manage and improve under-performing employees and recognize outstanding ones
• Oversee front-line sales coaching and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve incentive programs
• Act as a liaison between the Head Office and all beauty clinic to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes and procedures for beauty clinic operations, visuals, and marketing within the retail stores and treatment centres

About you

• Minimum 5 years' experience in related industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a collaborative management style
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive informed decision-making
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication
