Key responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the company's daily operational efficiency
- Develop operational budgets and implement effective cost-control measures
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operational managerial role
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong expertise in supply chain management, budget planning, and SOP development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and data analytical skills
