Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of multiple QSR outlets within the assigned region.
• Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Monitor daily business performance and drive revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular outlet audits and operational reviews.
• Analyze P&L, food cost, labor cost, and other key business metrics.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and restaurant teams.
• Ensure optimal staffing, manpower planning, and employee productivity.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Monitor inventory management, wastage control, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with marketing dept for local store marketing and promotional activities.
• Lead new store openings, staff deployment, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, labor, and safety regulations.
• Implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning for key team members.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Projects, Training, and Marketing teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
• Submit periodic business reports, audits, and performance updates to management.
• Ensure consistent guest experience across all outlets.
• Support business expansion and scale-up initiatives across the region.

Qualification & Experience:-

• Graduation Compulsory
• 5–10 years of experience in Premium Restaurants or QSR Industry.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong understanding of handling Multiple Restaurants & People Management.
