What they need
主要職責：
- 管理門市開業籌備（現場動線規劃、試業演練、設備調試）
- 統籌店舖日常營運、標準化管理及團隊組建
- 制定 SOP（飲品製作、出餐流程、衛生與庫存標準）
- 前線員工招聘、培訓及排班管理, 管理前線團隊，帶領團隊達到分店銷售及各項kpi達標
- 原物料供應鏈對接與門市損耗控制
- 茶飲原料供應鏈公司 /方案商」資源，對接配方季節產品
- 監督食品安全及店內衛生，指導食品製作以確保食物出品質素，以達到最高的品質和服務標準
職位要求:
- 5 年以上餐飲／茶飲連鎖營運經驗
- 懂 SOP, 有茶飲店管理經驗
- 在餐飲營運流程、成本控制和損益管理方面擁有豐富的知識
- 能操流利廣東話，一般英語及普通話對話
- 具領導才能及團隊合作精神誠懇有禮、主動積極具責任感
