Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee merchandising activities to ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Manage sales initiatives, analysing performance metrics to meet targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and optimise resource utilisation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through effective team management and communication.
• Organise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during operational hours.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
• Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales settings.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is advantageous.
• Sound time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: £55,000.00-£59,000.00 per year
