Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Facility Management (FM) operations across 2 States
• Supervise and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of operational staff, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management / Operations in a similar capacity.
• Candidates with experience as Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Operations Manager in the FM industry will be preferred.
• Strong experience in managing multi-site / multi-location operations.
• Excellent customer relationship and client management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and digital applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
