Job Description: Operations Manager ( Immediate Joiners Only )

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational delivery for UK healthcare and care-home support services through our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. The role will focus on operational excellence, process optimization, stakeholder management, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities, ensuring timely delivery against agreed service expectations.
• Design, implement, and improve SOPs to standardize workflows, reduce errors, and strengthen operational consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate with UK and India stakeholders to maintain clear communication, timely escalation, and smooth cross-functional execution.
• Monitor compliance, documentation, governance, and audit-readiness requirements across assigned operational processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and improved governance across recurring activities.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.

Experience Required :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, shared services, GCC operations, administration, recruitment operations, or any related domain.
