• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Able to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of operational procedures, budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant hospitality systems.
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
