Operations Manager

About the role

This role encompasses production and cost control, inventory and stock planning, fulfillment and logistics, quality and lot tracking, regulatory coordination, SOP development, and reporting across 2 distinct brands (Dietary Supplements + Wellness Fashion)

Location: Sukhumvit 24 (near BTS Phrom Phong) | Hybrid work

Key responsibilities

• Production & Cost Control: Issue POs, negotiate unit costs, and manage OEM production schedules.
• Inventory & Stock Planning: Set reorder points, forecast monthly stock, and prevent inventory stockouts.
• Fulfillment & Logistics: Manage packing, shipping, returns, claims, and negotiate carrier rates.
• Quality & Lot Tracking: Inspect every incoming batch; track lot numbers, MFG, and EXP dates.
• Regulatory Coordination: Liaise with external regulatory consultants on FDA documentation and food serial numbers.
• SOPs & Reporting: Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and submit weekly reports on stock, COGS variance, damage rates, and lead times.

About you

• Minimum 4+ years in product-based operations (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
• Industry Background: Hands-on experience with OEM factories, FDA processes, food/dietary supplements/cosmetics, and premium brands.
• Technical & E-Commerce Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas for forecasting), ERP/Inventory systems, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Direct experience negotiating with manufacturers and logistics partners.
• Documentation Skills: Proven ability to create clear, structured SOPs and operational guidelines.
