Operations Manager – Lead Performance, People & Continuous Improvement
Take ownership of a diverse operational portfolio and lead teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient and client‑focused services. This hands‑on leadership role suits a decisive operator who can move seamlessly between day‑to‑day detail and strategic thinking, while embracing AI, automation and new technologies to lift performance.

You’ll lead operational delivery, people capability, service quality and continuous improvement across services such as field operations, investigations, repossessions, audits and other evolving portfolios.

• Own operational performance, service levels, quality and client outcomes

• Improve field and network performance across capacity, quality and productivity

• Contribute operational insight to strategy, transformation and future operating models

• Strong operational leadership experience in a complex service environment
• Proven ability to manage performance, service levels and competing priorities
• Confidence working in both operational detail and strategic initiatives
• Experience with process improvement, transformation or technology‑enabled change
• Strong people leadership, communication and commercial judgement
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
