Pay: ₱30,000.00 - ₱50,000.00 per month

Job description:

Operations Manager

• Successfully oversee and execute multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Monitor daily operations, identify process bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Act as primary point of escalation for operational issues, remaining calm, and decisive when troubleshooting problems under tight deadlines.
• Guide, motivate, and manage internal teams to hit key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate closely with other departments and external partners to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Trach operational metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for senior leaderships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or a similar leadership role (Experience in BPO industry is a strong advantage).
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities with a trach record of managing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
