Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily business operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and support.
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track operational expenses and help control costs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance results to senior management.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Handle operational issues, conflicts, and escalated customer concerns.
• Support management in achieving company goals and business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or supervisory/management roles.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, budgets, and operational data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant business software.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
