Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Salon & Spa locations and Fashion Boutique outlets to ensure operational excellence, exceptional customer experience, revenue growth, and profitability. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, retail, customer service, and people management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the business, including sales performance, staff productivity, inventory management, customer satisfaction, compliance, and business growth initiatives across all locations.

Key Responsibilities Multi-Location Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of all salon, spa, and fashion boutique outlets.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service protocols, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
• Monitor outlet performance and implement improvement plans where required.
• Ensure all locations operate efficiently and profitably. Customer Experience Management
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all business units.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction levels.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
• Implement programs to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance across salons, spas, and fashion boutiques.
• Develop and implement promotional and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Work closely with management on marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Preferred candidate profile

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor outlet managers and operational staff.
• Develop staff schedules and manpower plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work culture.
• Ensure staff grooming and professional presentation standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Fashion Business, Beauty & Wellness Management, Marketing, or a related field. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
• Experience within Salon, Spa, Beauty, Fashion Retail, Hospitality, or Multi Outlet Retail Operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, driving sales, and improving operational performance. Age Requirement
• Candidates must be below 35 years of age. Technical Skills
• Strong business and operational management skills.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and retail management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A dynamic and results-driven professional below 35 years of age, preferably female, with at least 3 years of proven experience managing multi-location salon, spa, fashion retail, or similar service-oriented businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, commercial acumen, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth and profitability.
