Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Oversee construction manpower recruitment and deployment, client coordination, workforce planning, and timely fulfillment of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sourcing, recruitment, and deployment of construction workers and project personnel.
• Monitor manpower requests, aging vacancies, deployment targets, and project staffing needs.
• Coordinate with construction clients regarding manpower requirements, project schedules, and deployment.
• Monitor staff productivity and recruitment KPIs; provide coaching when needed.
• Resolve recruitment, deployment, attendance, and workforce concerns promptly.
• Prepare recruitment and operations reports and implement strategies to improve fill rate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manpower recruitment/agency operations, preferably handling construction manpower.
• Experience handling skilled and unskilled construction workers and multiple project accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
