Operations Manager – Construction / Restoration

Location: Lee’s Summit, MO | In-Person

LARA Business Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our client to oversee day-to-day branch operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, financial results, and continued business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational and financial experience who can improve processes, develop teams, and maintain high standards across construction, restoration, mitigation, and related service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and overall performance
• Manage budgets, margins, costs, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Support customer relationships and business growth
• Maintain quality, compliance, and service standards
• Work closely with executive leadership to achieve company goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience in construction, restoration, facilities services, home services, or a related industry
• Strong operational and financial management experience
• Proven leadership and problem-solving ability
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, insurance claims, or disaster-recovery experience preferred
