Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tour and travel operations.
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and tour logistics.
- Supervise operations staff and service providers.
- Ensure smooth delivery of travel and tour packages.
- Handle operational challenges and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor service quality, costs, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in travel/tourism operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of travel operations and customer service.
