Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, operational standards, and coordination among departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Supervise department heads and operational teams
• Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation, and other hotel operations
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Address and resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall operational performance
• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and operational areas
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and other departments
• Train, coach, and evaluate operational staff and department heads

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
• Hotel or resort experience is required
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
