A Gym is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations and ensure the gym environment consistently meets the organization's standards

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

• Oversee daily branch operations
• Conduct daily branch inspections
• Resolve operational issues quickly

Facility & Standards:

• Ensure gym equipment, facilities, changing rooms, reception, and workout areas are clean and functional
• Ensure the gym environment consistently meets DSG standards

Equipment & Inventory:

• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
• Oversee inventory and supplies

Admin & Cost Control:

• Reduce unnecessary expenses and wastage
• Reconcile operational records with actual activities

Requirements:

• Experience in gym operations, facility management, or an operations role; organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills *Required*
• Proactive, Detail-oriented, Responsible, and Customer-focused
• Ability to work long hours and manage a team
