Operations Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Operations Manager to join the leadership team in South Hedland. Working directly with the CEO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of a well-established, community-focused early learning service while leading a dedicated team of educators and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with educators, families, and the broader community
• Inspire and mentor teams to achieve their best
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Manage change and support service improvement
• Influence service quality, culture, and growth
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic direction

About you

• Relevant Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
• Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood education and care setting
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant mandatory certifications
• Strong understanding of quality early childhood education and care
• Committed to creating inclusive and welcoming environments for children and families
