Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event operations, teams, vendors, logistics, budgets, and on-ground execution to ensure successful delivery of every event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and smooth execution of events from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate event teams, staff, freelancers, and vendors.
• Control event budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
• Handle logistics, including venue setup, transportation, equipment, materials, and staffing.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and deliver their event requirements.
• Prepare and manage event plans, timelines, and run sheets.
• Ensure smooth on-ground operations and resolve issues during events.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Improve operational processes and ensure compliance with required regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
