We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our growing sales and marketing team in Birmingham.

This is a hands-on management role focused on team performance, customer experience, sales operations and day-to-day business delivery.

You’ll be responsible for helping ensure the team operates effectively, targets are achieved and customers receive a consistently professional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in the daily performance and organisation of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day team operations
• Supporting and managing team performance
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Monitoring individual and team targets
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales objectives
• Coaching and developing team members
• Helping onboard and support new starters
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Supporting team planning, organisation and communication
• Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Helping resolve operational challenges as they arise
• Reporting on performance, progress and key priorities
• Supporting senior management with business growth initiatives
