The Role

Based in Riyadh, the Operations Manager will lead and oversee the full spectrum of business operations in Saudi Arabia. You will drive performance, manage teams, and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business operations across the KSA market.
• Oversee teams, processes, and overall operational performance.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to meet business objectives.
• Make sound operational decisions and resolve challenges as they arise.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business in line with company standards.
• Monitor performance against targets and report to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

• Industry background: candidates from Retail, Trading, FMCG, Hospitality, or Logistics are welcome to apply. Experience across more than one of these sectors is a strong advantage.
• Strong, proven experience in end-to-end operations management.
• Demonstrated success managing overall business operations, teams, processes, and performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
• Relevant operational experience within KSA and a solid understanding of the Saudi market.
• Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic is mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently.

Salary and Joining

• Salary budget: SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.

• Immediate joiners preferred. A notice period of up to one month can be considered.
