Administration

·         monitors office and warehouse supplies

·         Coordinates the procurement of items as directed and inspects delivered goods, following company’s requisitioning procedures

·         Oversees the various insurance (health and life insurance) and maintenance requirements of office as these pertain to motor vehicles and other such assets

Marketing

·         Creates and analyzes weekly and monthly sales report

·         Maintains and updates client with wholesale buyers

·         Gathers and analyzes market information and generates reports that will assist the company in its marketing plans

·         Does the store visits and reports

·         Monitors wholesale banana prices and volumes

·         Maintains strategic relationship with business partners by continuing store checks to create transparency and good rapport

·         Improves brand awareness by promoting company products and services
