Consulting & Beyond is a growing consulting firm focused on delivering high-quality client solutions. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline our internal operations, drive performance excellence, and support organizational growth.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager with 7 - 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end operations, driving performance through KPIs and metrics, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process optimization, SOP design, performance management, and stakeholder coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Process Management

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

KPI & Performance Management

• Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams
• Build and maintain KPI reporting frameworks to measure productivity and business outcomes
• Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisal cycles
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Handle employee performance management, feedback, and appraisal processes
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed

Stakeholder & Meeting Management

• Host and coordinate operational review meetings, MIS reviews, and leadership updates
• Act as a key point of contact between departments, leadership, and external stakeholders
• Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate operational data, dashboards, and reports using Excel and other tools
• Ensure documentation of processes, SOPs, and performance records is up to date

Required Skills & Competencies
Experience

• 7 - 10 years of proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, reporting)
• Experience with KPI Reporting Frameworks
• Hands-on experience in SOP design and documentation
• Power BI knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
