Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee global operations initiatives with a strong emphasis on content strategy, governance, and workflow optimization. The Operations Manager will partner across regions and business teams to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure measurable outcomes for newly onboarded programs. This is a highly cross-functional position that also leverages AI-driven capabilities to advance automation and operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a global content strategy and governance framework
• Lead end-to-end strategic content initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Design and implement standardized workflows and content management frameworks
• Accelerate operations through AI-driven capabilities, focusing on automation and content optimization
• Establish clear success measures for newly onboarded programs and Lines of Business (LOBs)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required; 3 years of experience may replace each year of education
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations management and content strategy
• Strong understanding of content governance and performance measurement across diverse regions
• Experience with AI technologies and optimizing content workflows for enhanced efficiency
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
