At Jubilee Insurance, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring leadership, accountability, process discipline, and a strong understanding of Commercial P&C Insurance operations. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, improving workflows, and helping a growing organization scale.

In this role, you'll work closely with leadership, oversee daily operations, support production teams, drive client retention, and play a key role in strengthening operational performance across the agency. From renewals and endorsements to team development and process improvement, you'll have a direct impact on how we serve our clients and grow our business.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of P&C Insurance Operations experience
✅ 2+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
✅ 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills
✅ Experience with carrier portals, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office
✅ A solution-oriented professional who enjoys ownership and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $110,000
Benefits offered after 6 months of employment
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
