Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and progress of all ongoing construction and fit-out projects
• Monitor project schedules, accomplishments, manpower, equipment, materials, and overall project performance
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Identify operational problems and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Review project requirements and ensure that necessary resources are available
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and other field personnel
• Monitor material wastage, equipment downtime, and unnecessary operational costs
• Monitor project costs and operational expenses
• Coordinate with the accounting/finance department regarding project billings, collections, expenses, and cash requirements
• Assist Project Managers in resolving major project concerns and disputes

About you

• At least 10-15 years experience in building, road construction and construction project management
• Know how to drive 2 to 4 wheels vehicle
