Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics and operational activities across assigned functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, shipments, deliveries, and related operational requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate operations teams to achieve productivity and service-level targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including turnaround time, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and performance standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, vehicles, equipment, warehouse space, and other operational resources.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, health and safety requirements, and applicable logistics and customs procedures.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve customer and service-related issues promptly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and operational partners.
• Prepare and review operational reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Work with other departments, including Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process standardization, and technology adoption.
• Investigate operational incidents, service failures, and customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across operational systems.
• Participate in strategic projects and other initiatives assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in either Facilities Management industry or security industry, Valet Parking or Hospitality Industry experience/background..
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Experience managing operational teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
