Operations Manager

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management
• Motivated self-starter with effective leadership and coaching abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and drive branch profitability
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and DOT compliance
• Diagnose, install, and service residential/commercial water treatment systems
• Supervise and schedule warehouse and field service staff
• Oversee routing of deliveries and service appointments for efficiency
• Control overtime and manage temporary labor usage
• Recruit, train, and develop service team members
• Maintain team accountability and uphold company policies
• Monitor local market competition and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Conduct field training with service staff and support operational goals
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment
• Support cross-functional tasks and employee coaching as needed

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, and vehicle entry/exit
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Must bend, kneel, crouch, climb, push, and pull as part of regular duties
• Work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Required to wear appropriate PPE

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $80,000-90,000K/year depending on experience
