Operations Manager

Job Summary: We're keen to bring on an experienced Team Manager to oversee our operations and provide day-to-day leadership across our team. This role involves managing the Sales team, coordinating with the Executive Assistant, and ensuring smooth execution of daily priorities. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring tasks and priorities are on track
• Manage and support the Sales team, including performance tracking and accountability
• Coordinate directly with the Executive Assistant to align priorities and workflows
• Report directly to the business owner on team performance and progress
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Set clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
• Step in to resolve day-to-day issues so the business owner doesn't have to

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing a team, ideally including a sales function
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
• Background in operations or business management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
