Operations Manager

About the role

Oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient management of facilities, tenants, services, and overall operations. Provide leadership to the mall management team and implement strategies that enhance customer experience, tenant performance, and overall mall revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mall management and operations team
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and improvement strategies
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, safety, security, and emergency response activities
• Monitor operating expenses, budgets, and compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Support marketing, promotional events, and initiatives that drive foot traffic and tenant sales
• Address operational and tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering – REQUIRED; preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE/PEE)
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in mall management, facilities management, or building operations
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience handling large teams
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, safety, and mall operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and related software is an advantage
• Currently residing in Davao City
• Willing to work onsite and respond to operational emergencies when necessary
