JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to independently manage day-to-day business operations, drive team productivity, improve processes, and ensure smooth and error-free execution across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage overall day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency.

• Lead and monitor teams, productivity, performance, attendance, and discipline.

• Oversee administration, vendors, facilities, and office management.

• Coordinate accounts, billing, collections, payments, expenses, and receivables.

• Manage customer service, queries, complaints, and timely resolution.

• Coordinate IT projects, software implementation, automation, and external IT vendors.

• Oversee legal documentation, property registration, and coordination with legal teams.

• Supervise field teams involved in property and registration-related activities.

• Prepare and review MIS, operational reports, and performance data for management.

• Coordinate with customers, employees, government offices, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10-15 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.

• Experience in Real Estate Services, Property Services, Financial Services, Service Industry, or related sectors.

• Strong people management, leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with a hands-on and result-oriented approach.
