  • See problems early, bring solutions, and take ownership

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, fitness, or entertainment
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing shift execution, and holding people accountable
  • Sales leadership experience preferred, including memberships, upselling, or other performance-driven environments
  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Create a culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and recognized

Operations & Financial Performance

  • Help drive performance across memberships, birthdays, events, food & beverage, and other revenue channels
  • Monitor labor performance and staffing levels in real time
  • Review KPIs and operational reporting to identify opportunities and address issues quickly
  • Support inventory management, purchasing, and expense control
  • Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
